Pragma will go up against other Best Graduate Development Programme and Employer of Choice – Large Company finalists at the 2019 Future of HR Awards on Thursday, 13 June at the Sandton Convention Centre.
Hosted in partnership with Careers24, the event seeks to celebrate industry leaders achieving exceptional standards of people management by showcasing strategies that make a direct impact on business performance. These innovative practices set new standards for the HR industry, reshaping HR into a cutting-edge strategic business component.
Commenting on Pragma’s finalist status, Pragma Chief People Officer Stéphan Pieterse said: “Being shortlisted for both of these awards validates our dedication to creating an environment where our employees can thrive, unlock their full potential, exceed their own expectations and deliver clients value through authentic relationships and pragmatic solutions. Through our graduate programme we also have the opportunity to give back and help shape the lives and careers of young engineers in a unique, progressive manner.”
Following the two-day Future of HR Summit, the awards bring together CEOs, CTOs, HR directors and personnel from South Africa and beyond to celebrate and explore the hyper-responsive, agile workplace of the future. Having received a heap of outstanding entries for both organisations and individuals, this year’s finalists represent the very best of the best in the South African HR industry.
As HR rapidly becomes one of the most influential business departments, Pragma is leading the charge in creating a workplace of tomorrow. Combining advances in technology with human ingenuity, they are driving an exponential increase in HR’s impact and enriching the workplace experience.
